Head of Marketing

We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing (UK based) to join World Kite. Our Head of Marketing is appointed to overseeing the business’s online and offline brand marketing and PR activities. This role offers a schedule of 35 hours spread over 5 working days.

Duties & Responsibilities

Please find below a list of some of the tasks that you would be expected to fulfil as part of your role.

  • Oversee the company’s marketing activities and budget
  • Create and plan publication of all marketing material in line with set plans
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Working closely with the in house graphic designer for the crafting of the digital brand identity
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Develop digital and traditional campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Spearhead efforts to work on the SEO across media and website
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies for the app
  • Conduct market research to support marketing and PR department
  • Plan and Track media coverage and developments in the global residence and citizenship planning sector
  • Design different ways to streamline communication and plan execution
  • Planning marketing strategies and effective campaigns
  • Speak publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
  • Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities
  • Maintain and update information on the company’s website

  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others
  • Being self-motivated
  • Having good knowledge on how to build a SEO strategy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Ad-words
  • Having good knowledge of WordPress
  • The ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent understanding of PR and Marketing organizing tools
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of media agendas, social media and analytical tools
  • Past experience working with a start up (preferred but not required)
  • BSc/BA in digital marketing or relevant field (preferred but not required
